Lea-Ann’s vision has always been to design gowns that allow every woman to feel like her most beautiful, confident self. “I fervently believe that beauty comes in all shapes and sizes,” she says. “I want my dresses to celebrate that beauty—not overwhelm or obscure it.”

Lea-Ann Belter, Designer
Lea-Ann Belter is a Canadian bridal designer known for her fresh take on timeless, romantic gowns. Her love of textiles and tailoring began at the International Academy of Design and Merchandising and deepened through couture training, where she developed the precision and quality that define her work today.
She discovered her passion for bridal when she designed a gown for her brother’s fiancée—a moment that inspired her to open her first boutique in Toronto’s Yorkville neighborhood. Five years later, she launched the Lea-Ann Belter Bridal Collection through a network of fine retailers.
In 2012 Lea-Ann moved her shop and production to their permanent home where all gowns are crafted in-house, every dress is hand-cut, sewn, and finished to reflect the brand’s commitment to impeccable fit and craftsmanship.
