Union Couture LLC – Event Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy

1. Exhibition Organiser Representatives & Industry Attendance

Any individual attending the event who is employed by, or represents, another exhibition, trade show, or similar bridal market or event organizer must declare themselves to the Union Couture LLC organizers immediately upon arrival.

Such representatives are strictly prohibited from distributing marketing collateral, sales materials, or soliciting exhibitors or buyers in any manner. Non-compliance will result in immediate removal from the event and restriction from attending any future Union Couture LLC events.

2. Photography, Filming, and Commercial Content Creation

Attendees, visitors, and third parties are strictly prohibited from conducting commercial photography, videography, interviews, live streaming, content creation, market research, promotional activity, or media production at the event without prior written approval from Union Couture LLC.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Filming or photographing attendees or exhibitors for commercial purposes.

  • Recording interviews or capturing digital content.

  • Creating social media, editorial, or influencer content intended to promote a business, brand, service, or external event.

  • Conducting unauthorized marketing or promotional activities.

The Event Organiser reserves the right to halt any unauthorized content creation, demand the immediate deletion of media captured onsite, and remove the offending individual from the event without refund or liability.

3. No Canvassing or Solicitation

A strict no-solicitation policy is enforced. Visitors must not canvass, solicit business, distribute marketing materials, conduct market research, collect attendee data, interview participants, or promote external products, services, businesses, brands, or events without prior written authorization from Union Couture LLC.

Any unauthorized commercial activity, including guerrilla marketing or unauthorized brand promotion, will result in immediate expulsion from the event without a refund.

4. Privacy Policy & Data Sharing

Your personal information is collected solely to facilitate your registration, badge issuance, and entry to the event.

  • Organizer Communications: Your details are securely retained by Union Couture LLC to provide critical updates, event logistics, and relevant market communications.

  • Exhibitor Data Sharing: By allowing an exhibitor to scan your digital entry badge or QR code, you explicitly consent to have your contact details supplied directly to that specific exhibitor, subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

  • Opt-Out: If you wish to review your data, update your preferences, or be removed from our mailing lists, please contact us at info@unionsquarecouture.com.

5. Definitions

  • (a) "The Organizer" means Union Couture LLC.

  • (b) "The Event" or "Market" means the specific Union Couture exhibition, showcase, or trade event for which you have registered.

  • (c) "You", "Your", or "Attendee" means the individual registering for, or attending, the Event.

  • (d) "Site" means the digital registration database, website, or platform hosting the registration forms.

6. General Terms & Liability

  • Accuracy of Information: By submitting your registration, you confirm that all entered details—specifically your professional email address—are accurate and current.

  • Promotional Consent: You agree and consent to Union Couture LLC utilizing your registration information for current and future event promotions, exclusive brand previews, and market updates.

  • Affiliated Sharing: You consent to the Organizer sharing registration details with officially associated event entities—including key sponsors, presenters, and select partners—for purposes aligned with the event experience.

  • Limitation of Liability: Except in cases of proven fraud, Union Couture LLC, its staff, and its agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damage, or misrepresentation arising from your attendance or participation.

  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Union Couture LLC against all claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from or connected to any act, omission, or breach of these terms by you during the Event.

  • Maximum Liability: In any event, the total aggregate liability of the Organizer for any claim connected to this registration or event attendance shall not exceed $50.00.
